Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Calling Executive for our Gwalior office for a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include making inbound and outbound calls, introducing solar solutions, explaining their benefits, answering customer queries, following up on leads, and scheduling sales appointments or site visits. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, updating CRM or call logs, meeting daily calling targets, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and sharing customer feedback.





Qualifications & Skills• Strong communication, listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to explain solar products and services in easy language.
• Ability to convert interested leads into confirmed meetings.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or call centers is preferred.
• Target-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling customer objections and rejections.
• Interest in solar energy or renewable energy is an advantage.
• Minimum 12th pass or graduates preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Gwalior and coordinate with local teams.
