? Required Qualifications:

DNB Critical Care Medicine
DrNB Critical Care Medicine
FNB Critical Care Medicine
DM Critical Care Medicine

? Job Responsibilities:

Manage critically ill patients in ICU, emergency, and high-dependency units.
Assess patients, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform critical procedures, including intubation, central venous access, and resuscitation.
Monitor vital signs, ventilation, haemodynamic status, and treatment responses.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and make clinical decisions under pressure.




Communicate treatment plans and prognosis to patients and their families.
Provide counselling and emotional support to patients’ relatives.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
Guide junior doctors and nursing staff in critical care practices.
Maintain patient safety, infection-control standards, clinical documentation, and hospital protocols.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, research, and continuing medical education.
