Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Investor Relations Executive with a finance background to support investor communication, financial reporting, and investor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and investor updates.
- Communicate company performance and financial information to investors.
- Coordinate investor meetings and maintain investor records.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams.




- Handle investor queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Finance background is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong coordination and relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
