Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller at Lawshield Technologies Private Limited. The Cold Caller will contact prospective customers, introduce India LawShield’s services,



and clearly communicate the advantages of the legal assistance platform. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls from provided lead lists, qualifying prospects, capturing accurate information in CRM tools, and scheduling follow-up calls or demos for the sales or advisory team. The role involves handling basic queries, addressing initial objections, and providing a professional, reassuring first point of contact. The Cold Caller will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine call scripts, share feedback from customers, and help improve outreach campaigns.
