We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with robust fundamentals in high-speed board design and hands-on experience in developing and debugging complex hardware systems.
Required Skills and Experience
• Strong fundamentals in high-speed hardware design and PCB development.
• Hands-on experience completing 3–4 design cycles involving DDR and PCIe interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and DDR/PCIe debugging.
• Practical experience with FPGA-based hardware designs.
• Knowledge of high-speed backplane design and associated design considerations.
• Experience in power supply design, DC-DC converters, PCB layer stack-up planning, and impedance control/matching.
• Experience working with Xilinx/AMD FPGA and STM32 architectures.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A hands-on engineer with 6-8 years' experience with strong hardware fundamentals, a systematic approach to debugging, and the ability to troubleshoot complex board-level issues throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
