About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand our retailer network, and increase product visibility in the local market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to travel across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct shop-to-shop visits to pitch and sell company products to retailers and potential customers.
● Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
● Identify recent business opportunities and expand the retailer network across assigned territories.
● Drive ground-level sales, product promotion, branding, and market penetration.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
● Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with the management team.
● Maintain accurate records of sales,



customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
● Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Travel within assigned areas to develop new markets and strengthen existing relationships.

Requirements
● Prior experience in field sales, retailer network, dealer network and distribution.
● Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
● Good relationship-building and customer service abilities.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
● Knowledge of the local market and retail network will be an added advantage.
● Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary upto 25k per month + Incentive
● Travel and Daily Allowance (TA/DA) up to ₹5,000.
