Position: Sr. Research Associate
Shift time - 1p.m. - 10 p.m.
Location: Hinjawadi, Pune (WFO)

We are seeking a self-motivated problem solver to help our senior experts produce high-quality reports and client-facing deliverables for consulting, events, and client meetings. Ideal candidates manage their own time, work independently, are comfortable with ambiguity in an entrepreneurial setting, use sound business judgment to know when to act and when to ask, and speak up when something is unclear or a plan is off track.

Job Description
Responsibilities for all areas
· Build and continuously update project plans and timelines in monday.com and share them with the team
· Meet publication and client deadlines. Anticipate obstacles, escalate risks, and “manage up” to senior team members to keep projects on track
· Send regular status reports on progress, risks, and blockers to the project team and senior experts
· Monitor project scope and flag changes that affect timelines or deliverables
· Act as the main point of contact among the project team, senior experts, vendors, clients,



and other teams
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take high-quality notes, and track action items
· Maintain a central repository of project files, including requests for information (RFIs), vendor responses, client materials, and drafts
· Flag team capacity constraints to senior members to help balance workloads
Research-specific tasks
· Support vendor report production including:
· Research and analyze key industry players and trends
· Send and track RFIs to vendors
· Use AI to draft vendor profiles from public information and RFI responses
· Create charts and tables and build report structure using templates
• Prepare data outputs for analysis and client presentations

Consulting-specific tasks
· Stage and edit deliverables using reference materials, discovery findings, and client documents
· Attend discovery and other client meetings when possible if projects require
