The Zonal Manager –(North & East) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of HRD Antwerp branches across the North and East zones. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, effective client relationship management, business growth, collection monitoring, lab workflow planning, and coordination across Lab, Lab Administration, Sales, Marketing, and HR functions.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches in the North and East zones, ensuring operational efficiency and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Lab, Lab Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance teams to address branch-level requirements and challenges.
• Build and maintain solid client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to grading, invoicing, discounts, and service delivery.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships,



and monitoring sales performance.
• Coordinate export client sales activities with the Assistant Manager – Export Sales to ensure effective sales cycle management.
• Organise retail sales training programmes, client engagement initiatives, and events in collaboration with local retailers and industry associations.
• Plan lab workflows and mobile lab schedules based on client requirements, inventory, and business priorities, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure clear communication with clients regarding pricing, discounts, payment terms, and interest on delayed payments as per company policy.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, proactively manage collection risks, and coordinate with Management and Legal for recovery actions, wherever required.
• Escalate overdue payment risks and potential client disputes to Management within 60 days from the invoice date, or earlier wherever necessary.
