Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join Seven Steps Business Transformation Systems as a Facilitator Trainee / Intern. The selected candidates will support Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Business Transformation initiatives at client manufacturing facilities. This role offers an opportunity to learn and apply Lean tools, facilitate continuous improvement activities, improve manufacturing productivity, and develop practical skills in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in implementing and sustaining 5S, Kaizen, and Visual Management.
• Conduct time studies, method studies, and process analysis.
• Identify process waste and support productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in Value Stream Mapping (VSM), OEE analysis, and other Lean activities.
• Prepare standard work instructions, process documentation, and reports.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.




• Facilitate shop-floor improvement activities with production and quality teams.
• Monitor implementation progress and support the sustainability of improvements.
• Work with client teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Educational Qualifications
• B.E. / B.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with an interest in Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies
• Basic understanding of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Time Study, SMED, VSM, and OEE.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a manufacturing workplace.
• A proactive attitude, teamwork, discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.
