Role Description The Co-Founder with Investment role at ClearKaya™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. This role involves working closely with existing founders to shape the company’s strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap while also contributing financial investment. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, guiding product and market research, analyzing performance data,



and building partnerships with retailers, salons, and influencers. The Co-Founder will help define customer segments, refine value propositions, and support operational decisions across supply chain, customer experience, and brand communication. The role requires active leadership in fundraising conversations, investor relations, and long-term business planning.
