Senior Marketing Manager — International Markets

We are seeking a mature, hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to own and manage the end-to-end marketing function. The ideal candidate will have robust experience marketing outsourcing services to international clients in the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia, with deep expertise in SEO, digital marketing, inbound and outbound lead generation, CRM-led lead management, and sales-marketing coordination.

This role is focused on generating qualified business opportunities for the company’s outsourcing services—not on selling international products.

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will design, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that build brand visibility, attract high-quality leads, and support the sales team across key international markets. The candidate should be comfortable operating independently, managing agencies or specialists, using data to make decisions, and aligning marketing activity with sales targets.




Senior marketing roles typically require ownership of demand generation, digital channels, lead qualification, sales enablement, and performance reporting; this position applies those responsibilities specifically to international outsourcing markets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy for target markets in the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify demand trends, service opportunities, and positioning gaps.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear budgets, timelines, KPIs, and expected pipeline contribution.
• Adapt messaging, content, and campaigns to suit the business culture, buying behavior, and communication preferences of each target geography.
