Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Varanasi for the Head of Marketing Business Development at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. The role involves leading marketing and business development strategies to grow brand presence, enrollments, and partnerships within the region. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing local and digital promotional activities, and identifying current market opportunities and institutional tie-ups. The Head of Marketing Business Development will collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and manage public relations initiatives to strengthen IMS’s reputation. The role also includes performance tracking, reporting on marketing ROI, and ensuring alignment of local initiatives with the organization’s overall brand and growth objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with the ability to design and implement effect
