The role: work side by side with founder across engineering, regulatory, grants, partnerships and investors. Own the programs, vendors, timelines and follow-through, every week, every day.

Who we're looking for:
- 0–4 years out of engineering, among the strongest hardware people in your cohort
- Full-stack hardware ability: first principles → CAD → prototype → testing → manufacturing
- Pace to go deep in new fields (fluid dynamics, mechanical design, regulatory standards)




- A campus record with serious technical work and real leadership
- The itch to build a deep-tech company someday

Bonus: you've tried building a hardware startup. It doesn't matter if it worked.

What this is not: a support role, a scheduler or a note-taker. You're here to lead from behind and make sure nothing fails.
