Job Description -

• Managing, appointment, sign agreements, executed BGs for all online and offline GSAs appointed till now.
• Appointment of New GSAs.
• Effective and efficient handling of assigned countries through proper guidance, brand positioning, account management, relationship building etc. through the GSAs to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handling of Global OTAs and B2C, thereby maintaining relationships, review and push for business on QP for all Global OTAs.
• Onboarding of New Global Accounts.
• Coordinating with Finance for BG upload, remittance, ORC, PLI.
• Agreement signing and coordination for current GSAs, OTAs, API agreements etc.
• Managing and maintaining relationships with TAs, Corporates, Communities, High Commissions, etc. in respective countries to position Akasa Air as a brand and in turn generate volumes.
• Handholding of GSAs from initiation, daily activities, training, sales plan, focus areas etc. so that they remain focused and aligned with Akasa Air and its Core values.
• Training,



empowering and explaining all GSAs about cultural pillars of Akasa Air and making sure that they follow it to the core while their regular and daily interaction with the trade partners in their respective countries.
• Weekly Reviews with Online & Offline GSAs – PLF, Pax, Connections, Pricing, Suggestions and Issues resolution.
• Regular and timely visits to online stations thus ensuring proper guidance, interaction, awareness, updates to the GSAs and to maintain effective and efficient relationship with trade partners.
• OAL Analysis – managing OAL activity daily, PLFs, Offerings, Fare analysis, PLBs etc.
• Inter departmental cohesive and effective working – kept RM, NP, pricing, ancillary teams updated and informed about OAL activities and ensured necessary steps are taken to outperform competition.
