We're looking for a performance marketer who thinks beyond the ads manager. At Blackcoffee Media, you'll own growth outcomes across a portfolio of exciting D2C brands — diagnosing funnel problems, driving paid media strategy, pushing CRO improvements, and building retention loops through WhatsApp and email. You'll work directly with clients, run strategy conversations, and have real ownership over outcomes that matter.
This is a role for someone who wants to be a growth partner to brands, not just a campaign executor.
What You'll Own
• Full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Meta and Google for D2C brands
• Funnel diagnostics, identifying drop-offs across ads, landing pages, and post-click experience and driving fixes
• CRO recommendations on PDPs and landing pages to improve conversion after the click
• Setup and manage post-purchase retention strategy using WhatsApp and email tools
• Clear, insight-led client reporting and direct communication, weekly and monthly
• Proactive account management where you're always one step ahead
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years managing Meta and Google campaigns hands-on, at Ad spends above 10L Per month, for D2C brands
• Demonstrable ROAS outcomes you can walk through confidently with specific brand examples
• Robust grasp of attribution, GA4, and connecting paid activity to actual business outcomes
• CRO sensibility, thinking about what happens after the click, not just the CTR
• Direct client-facing experience where you can run a strategy call and handle tough conversations
• Fluency in AI tools used daily: you should be able to tell us exactly how you use them in your current workflow, not just that you "use ChatGPT"
• English fluency, written and spoken
