Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Marketo Marketing Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end marketing automation activities, campaign execution, data management, and program optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, marketing campaign operations, audience segmentation, lead management, and marketing automation workflows.
The candidate should possess solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure campaign quality, data accuracy, and seamless integration with CRM and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management & Execution
• Build, configure, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns with appropriate audience segmentation and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain multi-step nurture campaigns and triggered marketing workflows.
• Execute A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize engagement.
• Create, publish,



and validate landing pages and web forms.

2. Marketing Program Setup
• Design and activate Marketo programs for content syndication, whitepapers, reports, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage standardized event programs for regional events, virtual events, and in-person activities.
• Configure smart lists, filters, segmentation rules, and audience exclusions.
• Maintain reusable program templates and ensure consistent execution standards.

3. Data Management & Marketing Operations
• Validate, normalize, upload, and process MQL and non-MQL data.
• Maintain database hygiene, data integrity, and quality standards.
• Support lead scoring, lead lifecycle management, and lead-flow validation.
• Document campaign processes, audit program performance, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Use Excel and SQL, where applicable, for data validation and analysis.
