Job Description

The Manager – Data & Analytics Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for the function responsible for supporting, monitoring, governing, and continuously improving enterprise analytics platforms and reporting solutions. The role is accountable for service reliability, team performance, stakeholder outcomes, operational risk, and the transition of analytics operations to up-to-date cloud platforms. The Manager will establish priorities, operating standards,



and measurable improvement plans while ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives .

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP BW, Qlik, and BODS, together with proven experience managing analytics operations, developing leaders, managing senior stakeholders, and driving service improvement across a complex enterprise environment. Knowledge of Azure Synapse and Databricks is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

As the organization transitions to Azure Synapse and Databricks, the Manager will own the operational readiness, governance, support model, monitoring strategy, capacity planning, and service transition for these platforms.
