Monarch AIF and PMS are hiring a Distribution Head - BKC, Mumbai

We raised ₹1,500 Crore without a single distributor. Imagine what happens when we add one who thinks like a partner.

Before you read this JD, understand what makes this role different from every other distribution job in the market. Our AIF has crossed ₹1,000 Crore AUM. Our PMS crossed ₹285 Crore in just six months. Both rank among the performers in their categories. And every single rupee of this ₹1,300 Crore was raised through our own relationships. No distribution team. No third party intermediaries. No mass marketing. Just conviction, performance, and trust built one investor at a time.

That model worked to get us here. But to go from ₹1,300 Crore to ₹5,000 Crore, we need someone who can build a distribution engine while keeping the DNA that got us here. Someone who doesn’t just sell products but builds relationships. Someone who thinks like a business owner, not an employee.

This Is Not a Job. This Is a Partnership.
If you have the zeal, the passion,

and the relationships to scale the AIF and PMS from ₹1,300 Crore to ₹5,000 Crore, this will be YOUR business. You will own it. You will build it. You will run it. And you will share in its success in a way that no other financial services company in India will offer you.

What You Will Own:
▸ End-to-end distribution strategy for Monarch AIF
▸ Build the distribution network from the ground up. Today it is zero. Tomorrow it will be your creation. Wealth managers, family offices, IFAs, private banks, NRI channels, GIFT City, institutional allocators.
▸ Manage and grow existing investor relationships. Our current investors came through trust. They stay because of performance. Your job is to deepen these relationships and turn every investor into a referral source.
▸ Drive recent fund launches.
▸ Build a team under you. Hire, mentor, and scale a distribution team that mirrors your own hunger. Start lean. Scale with performance.
▸ Work directly with the CE
