We’re looking for dynamic freshers to join our Music Operations team and get hands-on exposure to music business operations at scale.

What You’ll Do
1. Support music catalog building, management, and day-to-day operations
2. Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and internal follow-ups
3. Assist with documentation and process maintenance
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth music delivery and administration
5. Help maintain accurate records and operational workflows
6. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution

What We’re Looking For
1. Strong attention to detail and disciplined work ethic
2. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and processes
3. Interest in music, digital content, catalog management,



or music business
4. Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership
5. Positive communication and coordination skills

Important: This role is for freshers who are ready to work professionally from day one. Students are not eligible.
