The Head of Industry and Trade Communication will be responsible for developing and implementing VFS Global's outreach strategy across international and market-specific industry forums. Additionally, the role entails providing strategic contributions to the function and ensuring effective engagement with key stakeholders.

Job Description
Strategic Outreach Planning and Calendar Development
• Define VFS Global's outreach strategy for global and market-specific industry forums, establishing measurable ROI metrics for forum participation.
• Collaborate with Regional Heads to create a comprehensive activity calendar encompassing global forums, market-specific forums, skilled associations, travel industry forums, branding avenues, and university campuses.
• Support and facilitate the execution of corporate-themed strategic campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies and objectives.

Content Management and Website Revitalization




• Serve as the primary point of contact for content updates on the corporate website, collaborating with the Digital and website team to revamp the site.
• Ensure regular hygiene updates and the generation of new content, aligning updates with the communication calendar for timely banner changes.
• Act as the principal content contributor for the Thought Leadership section, working closely with the Corporate Communication team to produce original and repurposed content.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather data and information for thought leadership articles.

Impact Reporting and Special Initiatives
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports, measuring engagement and lead generation through the Thought Leadership section.
• Develop Integrated Report content in coordination with the ESG Head and other stakeholders.
