Role Description The Digital Marketing & Web Development Faculty will deliver structured, industry-relevant training to learners in digital marketing, social media, and web-related technologies in an on-site, full-time role based in Mandi. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching classes, developing lesson plans and assignments, creating practical projects, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises.



The role involves evaluating learner performance, providing feedback, mentoring students on career paths, and updating course content to reflect current industry practices and tools. The faculty member will collaborate with other trainers to enhance curriculum quality, support workshops or seminars, and contribute to an engaging and inclusive learning setting.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to teach concepts and tools clearly.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and related measurement tools to demonstrate data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Excellent Communication skills for classroom instruction, learner mentoring, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Practical experience in web design or web development (e.g., HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, basic SEO) is highly beneficial.
