Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Performance Marketing who can independently manage paid media campaigns for multiple clients across industries. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage campaigns for multiple clients and ensure performance against defined KPIs.
• Conduct audience, competitor and creative research to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization and scaling.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular client reports.
• Work closely with creative, content and account management teams for campaign requirements.




• Provide creative insights based on ad performance and audience behaviour.
• Manage lead generation, conversion and e-commerce campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with platform changes, advertising trends and new performance strategies.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with a digital/advertising agency.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads is required.
• Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, tracking and performance metrics.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Experience working with F&B;, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands will be an advantage.
