Role Description The Inside Sales Associate (Fresher) will work on-site from Bengaluru South in a full-time capacity, interacting with prospective and existing customers to promote NoBroker’s real estate and related services.
Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable property and service options, and guiding customers through the decision-making process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The associate is expected to meet defined sales targets, maintain high customer satisfaction levels, and adhere to company policies and quality standards. Training and support will be provided to help associates build strong communication, sales, and product knowledge skills.
