We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Influencer Pricing who will be responsible for creator outreach, rate negotiation, and finalizing creator partnerships for influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, an understanding of the influencer ecosystem, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and their talent managers.

Key Responsibilities• Creator Outreach & Coordination: Connect with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies to check availability, discuss campaign requirements, and initiate commercial conversations.
• Pricing & Negotiation: Negotiate creator fees, deliverable costs, usage rights, exclusivity, and other commercial terms to secure the best possible pricing within the campaign budget.




• Creator Finalization: Coordinate with the internal Planning team to understand campaign briefs, communicate requirements to creators, and lock creators based on agreed pricing, availability, and deliverables.
• Commercial Management: Ensure all commercials, deliverables, timelines, and agreed terms are clearly documented and confirmed before handing over finalized creators to the Operations team.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies to enable productive negotiations and long-term collaboration.
• Market Intelligence & Coordination: Maintain an understanding of prevailing creator rates, industry benchmarks, and pricing trends while collaborating with Planning and Operations to ensure smooth campaign execution.
