Role Description The Sales Intern (In-Field) role is an in office internship based in New Delhi. The intern will support daily sales activities, including visiting retail locations, engaging with customers, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting with in-store promotions. Responsibilities include collecting customer feedback, helping with product displays and merchandising, and coordinating with the sales team to meet outreach and sales targets.



The intern will also assist in training store staff on brand and product knowledge and reporting field insights to the sales management team. This role provides hands-on exposure to beauty and skincare retail operations and direct customer interaction.
