Role Description The Service Manager – Operations in Mutual Funds will oversee end-to-end operational workflows related to mutual fund transactions and client servicing in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include managing account opening and maintenance, processing investments, redemptions, and switches, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution of all transactions.
The role involves coordinating with registrars, AMCs, internal teams, and distribution partners to resolve queries, reconcile data, and maintain smooth operational processes. The Service Manager will monitor compliance with regulatory and internal policies, maintain high standards of service quality, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. This position also requires regular reporting on operational metrics, handling escalations, and supporting the sales and advisory teams with operational insights.
Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of mutual fund operations, including transaction processing, compliance requirements, and back-office workflows.
• Experience in financial services or wealth management operations, preferably in mutual fund distribution or related domains.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, financial platforms, and CRM or back-office
