Mandatory Technical Skills• Robust SQL and PL/SQL
• Apache Spark, Spark SQL, Hive
• Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive
• ETL tools: Talend or similar
• Linux/Unix shell scripting
• Batch job monitoring, data pipeline support and troubleshooting
• Incident management, problem management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• JIRA, ticket management and sprint planning

Tech Lead / Support Responsibilities• Lead L2/L3 support teams and manage batch operations and schedules.
• Drive incident resolution, RCA and continuous improvement.
• Monitor data pipelines, job health and recurring failures.
• Manage stakeholder communication during incidents and SLO breaches.
• Handle JIRA tickets, prioritization and sprint planning.
• Support AWS access/credentials, logs and operational dashboards
