Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting Resurgo Medtech’s products and services, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, participate in product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials and strategies.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing timely responses to inquiries, collecting market feedback, and preparing reports on sales performance and market trends. The role may also involve facilitating training sessions for customers and team members on product features and benefits.
