Role Description
This is a remote, internship role for a Human Resource Intern. The intern will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, facilitating onboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting HR communications. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate human resources, candidate relationship management, talent sourcing,
and employee lifecycle management within a global IT workplace.
Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Post job descriptions across job portals, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the talent pipeline, candidate databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Support the onboarding process, including document verification and welcome orientation for new hires.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal team-building events.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and databases with high accuracy.
• Draft HR communications, announcement emails, policy documents, and offer letters under guidance.
• Handle basic queries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
