? Key Responsibilities• Assist the HR team in recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview and joining processes
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers
• Support the HR team in other day-to-day HR activities





? What We’re Looking For• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Positive organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Students pursuing BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or related courses are welcome to apply
