Role Description This is a full-time, in office Audit Executive role based in Vadodara. The Audit Executive will assist in planning and executing statutory audits, including reviewing financial records, supporting documentation, and internal controls. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing audit working papers, supporting the drafting of audit reports,



and ensuring compliance with applicable auditing, accounting and tax regulations. The role involves analyzing financial statements, identifying exceptions or risks, coordinating with client teams to resolve audit queries, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. The Audit Executive will also collaborate with senior team members to implement audit methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
• Chartered Acccountant (Fresher or Experience 1 to 3 year)
• Candidates should possess good knowledge of Auditing Standards, Accounting Standards (both IGAAP and Ind AS), Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support audit findings.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other audit/accounting tools for data analysis and documentation.
