Role Description The Sales Manager role at Healthism Clubs is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for driving membership sales, managing lead generation and follow-up, and converting inquiries into long-term members. The Sales Manager will interact with prospective and current members, conduct club tours, explain membership plans and promotions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include setting and tracking sales targets, preparing sales reports,



coordinating with marketing for local campaigns, and collaborating with the coaching and operations teams to support member retention. The role also involves training and mentoring sales staff, monitoring competitor activities, and contributing to strategies that grow revenue and brand presence in the local market.
