Role Description The Structural cum Architectural BIM Modeller role is a full-time based in Chennai.



This role involves developing and managing detailed BIM models for structural and architectural elements, ensuring accuracy and consistency across project stages. The skilled in this role will interpret and translate construction drawings and design documentation into coordinated 3D models, working closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Daily tasks include model updating, clash detection, documentation support, and preparing views, schedules, and details required for digital delivery and coordination. The role also requires adherence to project standards, collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, and contribution to continuous improvement of digital workflows and modelling best practices.
