Role Description The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is a full time, on-site role based in Kim. The CRO will manage and strengthen relationships with truckers, fleet owners, and other stakeholders using BlackBuck’s platform,



ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience. Day-to-day activities include onboarding new customers, explaining platform features and services, resolving operational issues, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The CRO will collect customer feedback, share insights with internal teams, and support process improvements that enhance service quality and engagement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on pending issues, and collaborating with sales, operations, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
