Role summary
We need a Workday Extend developer who has personally built and deployed Extend applications and can take a business requirement from stakeholders through design, build, test and go-live.
Must-have (non-negotiable)
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend development.
• Workday Extend certification (active).
• Built and deployed at least 2-3 Extend apps end to end (candidate must be able to explain the use case, data model, pages/flows, and security design for each).
• Hands-on with:
• Model objects / business objects and data modelling
• Orchestrations, including calling REST/SOAP services
• Security domains and access setup for Extend apps
• Building reusable components (pages, endpoints, flows)
• Experienced with Extend Orchestrations.
• Working & hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML and XSLT.
Positive to have
• Workday Integration experience
• Workday Orchestrate for Integrations (O4I) certification & hands-on experience
