Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Global Head of Product & Pre-Sales to lead the integration and evolution of our Wealth business product and pre-sales functions. This is a critical leadership role that will bridge the gap between market strategy and execution. You will unify the product roadmap, business architecture, and sales enablement functions to accelerate pipeline growth, enhance solution efficacy, and drive measurable market outcomes across our eMACH.ai Wealth and PF Wealth portfolios.

Key Mandates

• Unified Function Leadership: Integrate the Product and Pre-Sales teams into a single, cohesive engine that drives efficiency, velocity, and winning proposal strategies.
• Market-Led Product Roadmap: Define and own the end-to-end product strategy. Ensure roadmaps are not just technically sound but hyper-aligned to client requirements, market shifts, and competitive differentiation.
• Pipeline Building & Velocity: Take ownership of the P1/P2 sales stages.



Drive the "PLM Process Shift" by ensuring Product and Pre-Sales teams are the primary drivers of chance qualification, discovery, and deal shaping.
• Go-To-Market Integration: Act as the primary strategic partner to the Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure a "One Intellect" approach to customer engagement and solution design.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle:
• Drive the vision and roadmap for the eMACH.ai Wealth platform and PF Wealth (Intelligence Layer) suite.
• Ensure product evolution addresses critical wealth industry challenges (e.g., advisor productivity, KYC/AML automation, operational efficiency, and agentic AI capabilities).
• Oversee product launch readiness, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Delivery, and Marketing.

Pre-Sales Excellence & Pipeline Growth:
• Lead the pre-sales strategy, ensuring high-quality DDR/MOM output, tailored business cases, and compelling proposal deli
