About The Role

Technology & Engineering Lead - AOS AOS is building a technology ecosystem focused on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, software engineering, hardware, automation, and emerging technologies. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technology & Engineering Lead who can lead engineering teams, drive technical excellence, contribute to architecture and solution design, and help transform creative ideas into scalable real-world solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, leadership, innovation, and execution. As a Technology & Engineering Lead at AOS, you will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, researchers, and leadership to define technical direction, build high-quality solutions, mentor talent, and establish engineering best practices. You will have the opportunity to contribute to AOS's evolving work around AI, Quantum + AI, cloud technologies, intelligent automation, software engineering, and emerging technology research and development.
