The café operates from 8 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and extends hours from 8 AM to 11 PM on Friday through Sunday to accommodate peak customer times.
Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities for the café. This role manages sourcing of ingredients, beverages, packaging, and other supplies to ensure consistent quality and availability while optimizing cost and vendor performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating with suppliers, placing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory records,



and coordinating deliveries to meet operational needs. The Purchasing Manager collaborates closely with kitchen, barista, and operations teams to forecast demand, reduce waste, and maintain stock levels aligned with menu and service standards. The role also involves monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and implementing continuous improvements in the purchasing process.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in procurement and vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship building.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking usage.
• Competence in cost analysis and budgeting, with the ability to manage purchasing budgets and optimize spend.
