Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - GTM & Brand Marketing to support the planning and execution of brand, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives for existing and upcoming university partners in India. The role will work closely with internal teams, university stakeholders, agencies, and admissions teams to strengthen brand visibility, improve student engagement, and drive campaign effectiveness across the admissions funnel.

This is a high ownership role suited for someone who understands brand building, product marketing, campaign management, content coordination, and performance tracking within the higher education or education services space.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & GTM Execution

• Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for recent university launches, admission cycles, and key campaign periods.
• Build launch plans, campaign calendars, city-level plans,



and marketing trackers aligned with university positioning, target audience, and admission goals.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, creative output, and communication across ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and offline channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute open houses, campus visits, webinars, student events, school outreach, and city-level activations.
• Track campaign progress, identify execution gaps, and ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.

Content & Student Experience

• Coordinate with the social team for the development of student stories, faculty features, programme-led content, thought leadership articles, videos, and CRM communication.
• Support a scalable content engine for each university partner across key student touchpoints.
• Assist with website content updates, landing page improvements, SEO inputs, and UX enhancements to improve student experience and
