Job Title: Technical Officer SMS

Role Overview:
The SMS Technical Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, monitoring,



and continual improvement of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) within a DGCA CAR-145 approved Maintenance Organization. The role focuses on hazard identification, risk assessment, occurrence reporting, safety investigations, safety performance monitoring, and promotion of a positive safety culture across the organization.
The incumbent will work closely with maintenance personnel, quality teams, and operational departments to ensure effective integration of safety management principles into daily maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safety Management System Administration

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Ensure compliance with DGCA requirements relating to Safety Management Systems.
• Assist in the development, review, and revision of SMS manuals, procedures, and processes.
• Monitor SMS effectivenes
