About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Customer Lifecycle Marketing Associate to turn leads into customers and drive repeat purchases through WhatsApp, email, and CRM-led campaigns.

You will own campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and revenue tracking across customer journeys—from initial enquiry and first purchase to onboarding, cross-selling, and reactivation. This is an execution-heavy role with accountability for measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute WhatsApp and email campaigns across our business verticals.
• Build and optimise journeys for lead nurturing, webinar attendance, purchase conversion, onboarding, repeat purchases, cross-selling, and win-back campaigns.
• Segment audiences using lead source, interests, engagement, purchase history, and lifecycle stage.
• Identify opportunities to move customers between relevant offerings, such as reports, consultations, courses,



and offline events.
• Coordinate with copywriting, design, and sales teams to get campaigns implemented accurately and on time.
• Work with the CRM & Integration Executive to define automation triggers, audience rules, exclusions, and tracking requirements.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, timing, audiences, and journey sequences.
• Track campaign-linked purchases and revenue using campaign identifiers, tracking links, CRM records, and payment data.
• Maintain dashboards covering conversions, revenue by campaign and journey, repeat purchases, reactivation, and revenue per customer.
• Reconcile reported conversions with actual payments, account for refunds, and prevent double-counting across channels.
• Monitor delivery, clicks, responses, unsubscribes, and WhatsApp opt-outs; use findings to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For
