The ICT Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective ICT lessons for students from Grades 6 to 10, aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and school academic expectations. The role will focus on developing students’ digital literacy, practical ICT skills, problem-solving ability and responsible use of technology, while preparing students appropriately for Cambridge assessments at the secondary level.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Plan and deliver ICT lessons in accordance with the Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE curriculum requirements applicable to the assigned grades.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, learning resources, practical activities and assessments in line with curriculum objectives.
• Develop students’ competency in areas such as computer systems, data handling, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, document production, internet technologies, digital communication, multimedia and related ICT applications.




• Provide adequate practical exposure through structured computer laboratory sessions and project-based learning.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, examinations and Cambridge assessments, wherever applicable.
• Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, analyse student performance and provide timely feedback and academic support.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment data, lesson completion and academic documentation.
• Differentiate teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning abilities and requirements.
• Encourage safe, ethical and responsible use of technology, including awareness of cyber safety, data privacy and digital citizenship.
• Maintain effective classroom and computer laboratory discipline and ensure proper use of ICT equipment and resources.
• Coordinate with the IT team for reporting hardware, software, network or system-related issues affecting teaching and learning.
