Role Description The Bar Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Merlis Hotels in Coimbatore. The Bar Manager oversees daily bar operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. The role involves planning bar menus, monitoring beverage quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean, organized bar environment. The Bar Manager is responsible for delivering consistent customer service, handling guest feedback, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments,



and driving bar sales and promotional activities. This position also leads training and coaching of bar team members to uphold service standards and operational efficiency.
