Head of Talent Acquisition

About the Role
We are building our Dubai team and looking for a hands-on recruitment leader to support our growth in the Indian market. Based in Dubai, you will focus primarily on sourcing and hiring talent for India-related business roles, while overseeing day-to-day HR operations for our Dubai team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for BD, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Growth, SEO and senior leadership roles.
• Build talent maps and pipelines across India through direct sourcing, industry networks, referrals and recruitment partners.
• Proactively engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other relevant channels.
• Partner with business leaders on hiring priorities, candidate assessment, interviews and offer negotiations.
• Develop internal recruitment capabilities and manage external recruitment partners.
• Coordinate Dubai HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs and visa processes, working with local service providers.
• Track recruitment quality,



hiring timelines, offer acceptance, retention and costs.

What We’re Looking For
• Significant recruitment experience, including a strong track record in the Indian talent market.
• Demonstrated success hiring commercial, marketing or growth professionals, including senior roles.
• Strong hands-on talent mapping, direct sourcing, candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
• Experience in recruitment agencies, executive search and/or in-house talent acquisition.
• Experience in internet, FinTech, gaming, e-commerce, AdTech, SaaS or related sectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE HR operations and experience building or mentoring recruitment teams are desirable.
• Skilled English communication skills and the ability to work with international teams.
• Availability to work from Dubai and travel to India as required.
