Location: VKI Industrial Area, Jaipur
Experience: 12-20+ Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Making
Industry: Automotive - Bearing Cages, Sheet Metal, Dust Shields & Precision Press Parts

About The Role:
SGEW India is seeking a Head of Tool Room to lead our complete Tool Room operations. In this role, you will lead development and management of press tools, dies, jigs & fixtures that drive our high-quality, cost-effective automotive components.You will lead projects from concept to execution,



ensuring tools meet functional needs, are manufacturable, cost-effective, and deliver zero-defect production. Your leadership will directly impact production uptime, tool life, and growth of our engineering capabilities.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead the complete Tool Room operations, including tool design, manufacturing, maintenance, modification, and troubleshooting.
2. Manage development and maintenance of press tools, progressive dies, compound dies, draw dies, fixtures, gauges, and jigs for sheet-metal and bearing cage components.
3. Plan tool development activities according to NPD and production requirements and ensure tools are developed within agreed Cost, Quality & Delivery targets.
4. Review tool designs for manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and production efficiency.
5. Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and NPD teams for smooth project execution
