Role Description The Social Media Manager role is a remote volunteer position responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that amplify Maxsys International’s mission and programs. In this role, the Social Media Manager creates and schedules content across platforms, manages publishing calendars, and ensures brand-aligned messaging for campaigns and ongoing community engagement. Day-to-day activities include writing posts, designing basic visual content or coordinating with designers, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to refine strategy. The Social Media Manager also responds to comments and messages, collaborates with team members to promote initiatives, and identifies opportunities to highlight Tech Stewards, partner organizations, and success stories.
