I'm Yash Sharma, the technical founder of Refactyl.
I've been building the product and working on the engineering behind it.
Now I want to find the right person to help turn Refactyl into a real, growing business.
I'm not looking for someone to execute marketing tasks.

I’m looking for an experienced co-founder who can handle marketing, sales, finding customers and growing the business to turn our product into a successful business with real users and paying customers.

I want us to build the company together.

What you'll be responsible for

• Finding our first users and paying customers.
• Identifying developers,



engineering teams and businesses that need code modernisation.
• Conducting customer discovery and understanding why people would or wouldn't use Refactyl.
• Building an acquisition strategy through direct outreach, developer communities, partnerships, technical content, SEO, and other experiments.
• Turning product demonstrations and trials into active users and customers.
• Developing our positioning, messaging, and sales process.
• Measuring what works, learning from rejection, and continuously improving our approach.
• Helping shape the business strategy and long-term direction of Refactyl.

You'll have meaningful ownership over how we take this product to market.
