Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Service Engineer will perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues in mechanical and industrial equipment, and carry out repairs to ensure minimal downtime for customers. Daily responsibilities include visiting customer sites, installing and commissioning equipment, providing technical support,



and documenting service activities and reports. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and client representatives to plan service schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The Service Engineer is expected to maintain qualified communication, manage tools and spare parts effectively, and support continuous improvement of service processes.
