Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop and modify 3D precast models using Autodesk Revit.
• Component Modeling: Model precast elements including walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, and balconies.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret and work from structural and architectural drawings.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with structural, architectural,



and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Quality Assurance: Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and client requirements
• Review: Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues in a timely manner.
• Team Management (For Assistant Manager level): Coordinate with the modelling team, allocate/track work, monitor deliverables, and support team members in resolving technical issues.
• Client Management (For Assistant Manager level): Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination, understand client requirements, address project-related queries, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs
• Project Support: Support project teams in maintaining quality and meeting project timelines.
