RCLASHERS Media is looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Influencer Marketing & Talent Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator management, brand collaborations, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, research, and onboard influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate with creators for brand collaborations and paid campaigns.
• Assist in managing creator relationships and talent portfolios.
• Communicate with brands and support campaign execution.
• Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and performance.
• Identify potential brand partnership opportunities.

Requirements• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in influencer marketing,



social media, and talent management.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
